Another Busy Week!!

Hi Everybody!!

So I've had a crazy week and a half. The majority of it I spent working like a maniac. But it should all be worth it when pay day comes, right?? Here's hoping!! *fingers crossed*

I've been busy working, obviously, going to festivals (I went to Greek Fest over this past weekend, basically just for the food)

My makeup desk/vanity is looking AMAZING!!! My mom bought me a vanity chair and my dad came home from being gone for work for a long time and put light bulbs in my mirror frame so I didn't have to spend $600 on a real 'Hollywood Vanity Mirror', and I could seriously spend all day at my vanity now. Such a happy girl right now!!

On Friday, Wayne and I had a couple friends over to celebrate his birthday, which was Monday, so that was nice. We barbecued and played volleyball and badminton and jumped on the trampoline in the rain. It was a really good night. 

Tonight I'm making a two day late birthday dinner for Wayne (because I work like an asshole I couldn't do it on his actual birthday, but I think I'm making up for it with this). We will be enjoying an Angus Tomahawk steak and a spinach, berry, goat cheese salad. 

That fricken steak cost me $33. It's 2.5 pounds and will be on the BBQ for a total of about 45 minutes to get it just at medium rare status. It had better be good. 

I recently helped Miss April decorate a cake! That was nice. It made me a little nostalgic of my culinary days. 

I have acquired some new makeup over the past couple of weeks, but unfortunately not as much as I would love to have. But I don't live in an unlimited funds kind of world, so I have to take it easy for a bit :(

I had a much needed full relaxation hour long massage last Friday morning. It was a gift for my birthday in April and I finally had the time to get it done. It was so lovely but now I want one weekly 

And I had today off from both jobs! I have tomorrow off from the demanding job, and I have Friday off from both jobs!! I'm going to catch up on some sleep, some cleaning, and some seriously needed relaxation time.

Happy Father's Day!!

Hi Everybody!!

So after a few days of not posting anything, I really have nothing to talk about. Unfortunately. 

I have been working insane hours at two jobs and am too fucking tired to do anything. I had a day off on Friday and I spent some time in my garden with a friend pulling weeds and getting it ready to plant some flowers finally. I went to my brother and sister-in-law's house for a fun night of pizza and hot tubbing. That was really nice but I couldn't stay late as I had to work from 7am-9pm on Saturday. So naturally Saturday is a write off. I hated that day. And today I got up early to bring some coffee to my dad and wish him a happy Father's Day and hang out for an hour before I, you guessed it, went to work! Luckily I was done around 8pm so I went back to my parents' house and hung out with my family again for another hour-ish. 

And now I'm home, showered, in bed, super exhausted, and totally not looking forward to doing it all over again tomorrow. 

I hope that any and all of those that are a father of any sort had a wonderful day with family or anyone or anything that matters to you and makes your day great :)

My Sister's Birthday Celebration!!

Hi Everybody!!

A big group of my sister's friends all went out on Saturday evening for a nice birthday dinner for her. With a glass of wine with a straw so she doesn't stain her teeth, here she is in all her cute glory blowing out the candles to her *free* piece of birthday cake on Saturday night. Unfortunately, I didn't take that many photos. But this was a cute one so I had to share. 

I've been working like a maniac so I think I am going to try to blog from my phone. It may be easier that way instead of having to sit at the computer and map out time and a subject and blah blah.

That being said, I'm currently in the car on my way to the movies with my sister and mama bear. We are going to see Maleficent, and I couldn't be more excited!! So yay!

Sorry!!! But I Have Good News!!

Hi Everybody!!

I want to start off this post by saying I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a few days!! It was a really busy weekend and I just didn't have the time :(

After my last post on Saturday, I put up the trampoline! Although it didn't take as long as I had expected, it also wasn't as quick as I expected. But it's up, and it's been fun jumping on it. I really don't know what else to say; it's a trampoline. I feel like it would be more fun if I had a few drinks in me first :)

So the reason I said in my previous post about not having a lot of free time anymore is because I got a new job!! Yay me! Which means I will be working more than the pathetic 12 hours a week I'm getting from my current job (which I hilariously enough got a raise from today), but it also means I will be blogging less. I will still try to post as often as I possibly can, but this bitch gets tired and the house won't clean itself, so I need to prioritize.

On that note, and because I'm 95, I'm tired at 645pm, so I need to get up and start doing some laundry or painting my nails or go buy more makeup or something so I don't fall asleep with my face on the keyboard :) I will post something more exciting later.
